Twenty-six years of residential and commercial construction in Southern California. Every schedule, change order, and inspection — transparent to the client.
APLA self-performs the structural work and runs a tight bench of subs for the rest. One number to call, one schedule to track, one warranty when it's done.
Five phases. The same five, every project. We'll walk you through what each one looks like before you sign anything.
We meet on-site. Walk the lot or the existing structure. Talk budget, schedule, and what good looks like.
We coordinate with your architect, pull preliminary pricing, and lock the scope. You see the schedule before you sign.
We handle the city. Plan check, structural review, energy compliance — all of it. You get weekly updates.
Concrete on Tuesday. Framing by Friday. Daily site logs. Weekly OAC meetings. Photos every Friday afternoon.
Punch list. Final inspection. Owner's manual. We come back at 30, 90, and 365 days for warranty visits.

Drag the handle. Eight months. Same lot, same footprint, different building. Original plaster preserved in two rooms; everything else taken to studs.
"Hardest part of working with APLA is they hand you back a clean lot at the end. You forget how rough construction was."
We build from Malibu to Long Beach, the South Bay through the Valley, and out to Pasadena. Hover or tap a city to see what we've done there.
